Greater Toronto Spiritual Life

The Toronto Spiritual Life Convention was established in 1960, and is planned annually by evangelical church leaders from various denominations and independent churches in the Toronto area who are concerned about the spiritual health of the Church.

The Convention calls for Christians to come together from different denominations and ethnic backgrounds in a sprit of unity and dependence on God. Biblical exposition lies at the foundation of the ministry of the Convention, with the particular object of cultivating a deeper experience of spiritual power and holiness of life through the indwelling presence and enabling of the Risen Christ. The purpose of the convention may be likened to a spiritual clinic where the diagnosis of spiritual need is given, and the rich resource of life in Christ to meet our need is made accessible to all. This is to encourage victorious and fruitful Christian living in the fullness of the Holy Spirit for the ultimate purpose of glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ and equipping His people to serve him well in the world.
